Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping prices are shown at time of purchase and vary depending on the item purchased due to size and weight.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note we do not send our items via tracked delivery so tracking numbers will not be supplied.

Item tracking is only available on request. 

International Shipping Policy

Please note that our store payment method will not accept transactions shipping outside the UK at this time.

Any attempted payments made from outside the UK will be refunded accordingly.

Please use contact us with enquiries with regards to international shipping rates.

Please note Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Ben Pearson 1965 Store] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost parcels:

Although it is rare, parcels do occasionally get lost. Although it is rare we appreciate it is frustrating.

We can provide with evidence of shipping on request by submitting a proof of postage using the Royal Mail 'Certificate of postage' receipt including the order postcode for clarification plus a copy of invoice should you have the need to raise a lost parcel claim with Royal Mail. Please send an email requesting the proof of postage details along with your order number to [email protected].

We are not responsible for any losses if proof of postage can be given and therefore non liable to cover any losses or costs incurred as a result of items/purchases lost out of our control.
